What is Shifting from “Knowing” to Doing about?
Shifting from “Knowing” to Doing is a high-impact, two-day brand effectiveness workshop under the Elevate Sri Lanka initiative by The Faculty of Brands. The sessions focus on translating global creative and strategic standards into practical frameworks that Sri Lankan brand leaders, marketers, and agencies can immediately apply within their own business realities. Rather than theory-heavy discussions, the workshop is built around actionable tools, structured idea systems, and real-world case logic that help teams move from insight to execution.
Who should attend this workshop?
This workshop is designed for: Brand Managers and Marketing Managers CMOs and Business Leaders Agency Strategy, Creative, and Account Leads Entrepreneurs building scalable brands Teams preparing for effectiveness or creative award entries If your role involves shaping brand positioning, campaign development, cultural relevance, or long-term brand growth, this workshop is structured for you.
What makes this different from a typical marketing workshop?
This is not a motivational seminar or a surface-level trends presentation. Led by international strategist Teodora Migdalovici, the workshop integrates: A clinical approach to brand personality Cultural tension decoding frameworks The Seed-to-Bloom pathway for scalable idea building PR × Design × Visual Language integration models Exponential growth systems built on compounding creative logic Participants leave with structured thinking models, not just inspiration.
Do I need to attend both days?
Each day is structured as a standalone learning experience. Day 1 focuses on scalable idea systems, cultural decoding, and brand personality architecture. Day 2 focuses on legacy brand rejuvenation, Gen Z engagement, integrated expression systems, and exponential growth frameworks. While attending both days provides the most comprehensive value, participants may register per day based on their learning priorities.
What will I be able to apply immediately after attending?
Participants will be able to: Identify scalable ideas and stress-test their long-term viability Decode cultural tensions that align with their brand ecosystem Structure stronger case studies for awards or internal buy-in Build modular idea systems that compound over time Translate brand strategy into coherent PR × Design × Media expressions The frameworks are designed for immediate application within ongoing campaigns and brand planning cycles.
